When you have short legs it is very difficult to be able to find something you feel comfortable in. I'm a first hand example. As I've been around for a couple years and tried to get my best style down I've found that you should choose pants and jeans that are narrow and have a straight leg or boot cut style. High heels will complete the outfit and make your legs look even longer if the hem of the pants reaches mid heel. Pants with vertical lines like cords will make your legs appear longer. Do not cuff your pants at the bottom, it will make your legs look even shorter than they are. When choosing a bathing suit or panties, grab ones that have a high cut legs- that will make them look longer. When deciding what shorts you want to wear, which I have trouble with every year I found you should wear fairly short shorts. Lastly, for skirts it should be mini skirts, long skirt with heels, avoid mid calf skirts.

Gone are the days when pedicure and nail paint were the only things to make your feet look beautiful. Today you can make your feet look even more beautiful with different types of anklets and toe rings. There are many different kinds of anklets from cloth to sharp silver with many different charms that could hang from it. Toe rings, which are also a traditional Indian jewellery, are also getting popular among the fashion frenzy women these days. Some toe rings are silver and don't adjust to the shape of your toes very well, although there are some that have no sharp edges or cuts, probably cloth, that form to your foot nicely if you know how to put them on. They glamour up your foot, and they are also a great way of expressing creativity.

Something  that has become more noticeable among men these days is jewelry, earrings, tattoos etc. Men are starting to take an interest in the way that they look. There are some guys that feel like it expresses who they are. I believe a guy that feels comfortable with him self is attractive. Some guys feel like wearing jewelry etc. make them seem more girly but I believe it all depends on their perspective.

"Thumb Holes"

Long sleeve shirts, sweaters and sweatshirts are popular among a lot of women and men out there. However now they are making the sleeves on these shirts a tad bit longer just so they cover your thumbs. They are adding what they call “thumb holes” to the sides of sleeves at the bottom, this way you can put your thumb through those holes just as if you were putting mittens on. It has grown in popularity over the years between both women and men’s clothing.


It first started out with people cutting actual holes in their shirts that the sleeves were too long. This was more comfortable to have your thumb slip through the hole rather than having your sleeve hang over your hands. Then as the popularity grew in fashion it became quite the statement and more and more people were getting in to the whole trend.

Now they have actually brought it into the fashion world and various stores sell shirts with holes in the sleeves. All different kind of shirts, with multiple colors and design, display this type of fashion on it. However many people will still resort to cutting holes in other shirts that they buy as well, simply because its more comfortable for them when the sleeves are to long. But if you’re looking for something different, look at long sleeve shirts the next time you go to the store and seen what how many have holes in the bottom of the sleeves.

Fanny Pack- Need I say more???

The famous fanny pack, which in case you don't know is similar to a purse but strapped around one's waist, was made infamous by Hulk Hogan. In this lovely image to the left, the Hulk is sporting a fluorescent orange bathing suit with his fanny pack. This is an interesting fashion choice- in that his "man bag" is almost larger than the only piece of clothing he is wearing! To the right we see the Hulk once again gallivanting through a grocery store sporting his fanny pack. Although this appears to be an easy way to carry one's things, it is however, a questionable choice from a fashion standpoint. I could see wearing a fanny pack to go out hiking or dirt bike racing or something like that where you need both hands and can't wear a wallet weighing you down. But the Hulk has taken his fanny pack obsession to a new level. Sorry Mr. Hogan- it's gotta go!

To further illustrate my point-

The fanny pack (US), belt pack (US), hip pack (UK), bum bag (UK), or belt bag (Oceania) is a small fabric pouch secured with a zipper and worn at the waist by a strap around the hips. Today Fanny Packs are often worn by hikers and bicycle riders. Fanny packs are used by travelers and were more popular during the early and mid 1990s. They can be slung either forward, side or to the rear of the wearer. One of the primary advantages of fanny packs is that they are hands free. This makes them great choices over purses not only for travelers, but also some people with disabilities, and those who have mobile professions.

The name Fanny Pack is derived from the fact that they were worn on the gluteus muscle also known as the "butt" or "fanny". Many do not wear fanny packs on their rear because they are easier to pick pocket. "Bum bag" or "belt bag" is used in the United Kingdom and anglophone Oceania as "fanny" is used as a colloquialism for vagina in those territories.

Fanny packs are today considered unfashionable by most people. Weird Al Yankovic, for instance, mocks the wearing of fanny packs in his song "White & Nerdy." For some, their resurrection is a form of ironic retro fashion. The fanny pack has made a huge comeback among youth in recent years, this time termed a pouch. Hence, many top designers such as The North Face, Gucci, Prada, Coach, Marc Jacobs, The Good Witch Closet, and Louis Vuitton have taken the opportunity to resurrect and redesign the fanny pack.

Towels with Class

With swimming and bathing suits coming into play there is sure to be towels to go along on the trip. Towels have gone from the simple bland colors to multiple designs and even favorite TV shows. Towels aren’t just bathroom necessities anymore they go even farther up the scale of fashion. You will find people of all ages at the beach or wherever it may be they choose to take a towel to, with a towel that draws attention to it. Mostly because the towel is creative and unique and people tend to be drawn to something that is full of life rather than just a plain old blue towel that the sun has bleached out.

They have cute little towels now that even are in the shapes of frogs, ducks and various other animals for both children and adults. The towels are whatever the animals color is and then the top of towel has the face of the animal on it. It’s quite the creative towel. Very different and unique towel if you want to get noticed down at the beach. People will also be seen with towels that resemble certain hobbies they like, music, people, shows and movies. They also have towels in vibrant colors like neon green, yellow, orange, and pink. Those will surely attract attention no matter where you are planning to go.

Add a towel to your summer swimming wardrobe that will make some heads turn. Visit department stores such as, Kohl’s, Wal-Mart, Renys, JCPenney and various other stores that sell summer apparel.

For the Rainy Weather

Even though summer is here, and nice weather is expected, there is still the chance of rain. If you are someone that hates to be soaked and have everything you own be soaked, a raincoat and umbrella is the thing for you. Instead of wearing something that isn't fun and interesting, most people wear a plain  yellow raincoat and a black umbrella. But there is so many choices (colors, styles etc.) that you can have fun with.

Ass Fold Cleavage!!

Unfamiliar with this sassy trend? The term, "ass fold cleavage" coined by my good friend Ashley Greenleaf, is pretty self explanatory. This highly unattractive fashion faux pas originated in the 80s with the ever fabulous acid washed jeans phase that many took to nationwide. Earlier this semester I discussed the ever popular ass crack peep pants- pants that show the top of one's butt crack on purpose. Also a NO NO by the way. The ass fold cleavage takes the butt cleavage trend south of the derriere to add an uber-punch to an already high wasted, acid washed Smörgåsbord of unique style. This obstinate trend must end soon! There is only so much I can take.

Wedges

Have you shopped for shoes for the upcoming summer season?  If not, you still have time to pick from the hottest styles.  This summer, wedge sandals seem to be the fashion forward trend.  You can find them online or at various stores for very cheap or find them at a much higher, designer-price.  Whether, they be polka dotted or plain, these shoes can be found in a ton of different colors to match and coordinate any spring and summer outfit this season.  I have yet to get a pair, but I will definitely be going shoe shopping soon and will keep this kind of sandal in mind.  They look cute and stylish, while adding a little height to your frame at the same time.

Designer Bags

The trend these days seems like it's imitating celebrity fashion from their hair to their sunglasses to their handbags.  Celebrities don't buy just anything, however.  They usually have expensive taste and buy designer bags.  Nowadays, imitations of these designer bags have come on the market and many women can go to purse parties to purchase these bags for a much cheaper price.  As seen in the photos, Ashley Tisdale is  with her Louis Vuitton bag and Courtney Love is with her Chanel bag.  I see many ladies around campus carrying designer bags from these purse parties and they are very much in style.  It's great to be unique, but if you do want to imitate someone, then celebrities are the people who have the latest fashion trends.  But, you don't always have to imitate their behavior, if you know what I mean.

Cover Your Head, Ladies.

Baseball caps as of lately have become quite popular on women. They are not only worn at sporting events anymore, but also women are wearing them on a regular basis now. Especially with all this gorgeous weather we are having. Women will be spotted wearing the hats to go work-out in, to go shopping, as well as wearing them to games. Women have expanded their horizons and gone all out by adding the genuine baseball cap as a regular fashion accessory. You will see women wearing it with their hair fully down for a more casual look or in a simple pony tail hanging out through the back for a sporty look. They have added it to their wardrobe in multiple colors so that way they match with every piece of clothing. They support their favorite sports teams, the army, alcohol beverages, etc. If you’re a princess let the world know with a pink hat that says princess and a decorative crown embroidered on it. Whatever you want you can get it on one simple hat.

With summer coming up many men and women will be thinking about cutting their hair into something different and stylish. People want to keep their hair looking amazing throughout all the season and summer being high on the list because of the warmer weather people tend to go shorter. With shorter styles things can get complicated when deciding which one would look better on you. Because the shorter you go the more things depend on your face shape. So you have to be careful when you decide to cut those locks, so you’re not cutting too short or not the right style for your face shape. Keep the lengths to a minimum and consult a professional hairstylist when you are not completely sure what length and style to go for this summer. A very popular style among many young ladies is the bob hair cut as seen on Victoria Beckham and many other young celebrities out there. It is easy to tame in the summer and to keep looking great because it is just the right length for an easy up keep.

Socks & Sandals

For anyone who has ever lived at the beach a tell tale sign of a tourist or "out of towner" is when you spot someone wearing both socks and sandals together. This is an interesting choice because one would think, that if you have sandals on the weather is warm and socks are not necessary. Yet, time and time again offenders are spotted wearing both items together. The biggest trend tends to be some type of leather Birkenstock's sandal with white socks. This is not a good look and it defeats the basic purpose of sandals- which is to expose your feet to the warm weather and sunshine! So buck up people! Let go of the socks, expose your white feet to the world and head out in just sandals! Beach locals everywhere will thank you!

The Spandex Curse

Ever since the stretchy fabric burst onto the scene it has been used for every type of clothing from work out pants, to sports bras, to headbands, under armor gear, and leggings. And many of these are acceptable if used appropriately. The problem is, people since the very beginning, have abused spandex. I have seen so many spandex atrocities I can't describe them all. For example. Wearing a bright pink spandex top with yellow spandex leggings. One spandex item at a time folks! This is rule number one when attempting to bring spandex into ones wardrobe- only utilize one item at a time! Another problem outfit I have seen are people wearing long shirts over spandex leggings. This is a fine look if you're in fairly fit shape. If not, it gets a little iffy as to whether it is an appropriate amount of behind view for the world. So just check your be-hind before heading out.

The bottom line is there are many great ways to utilize this super stretchy, extra comfy fabric. Just be sure to keep some basic fashion guidelines in mind.

With today being Earth Day, we are trying to be as environmentally friendly as possible. One idea for this recycling day is to look through your closet. We all have clothes that are cute, colorful, and well... a purchase that's been used to decorate your closet. You don't want to part with clothing you haven't worn, but you know you'll never wear it, so what do you do with it? You could most definitely have a clothes swap. I would recommend to have on with your friends, and people you know. This will able to you have an idea where the clothes have been and so you know your giving away a new shirt and most likely getting a new one in return. It works out great and ables you to not have to throw away dollars you spent splurging at the mall last winter!

There are many of these wristband that you can buy. They started as a way to raise money for different organizations such as, 'Livestrong' which is a foundation Lance Armstrong started to help raise money for the cure to cancer. There is also survivor, support our troops, donate blood, red sox nation, breast cancer awareness and many more. A lot of people aren't sure what their wristband stands for, because it is a trend everyone is wearing. We see it as if everyone is wearing them, I should too and we will buy a pretty color without knowing what it stands for. There are more that are coming out that read "groovy," "dancer," pretty much anything you can think of. However, it's up to you to decide whether or not you want your dollar to go towards a cause or just for store profit, your choice.

Chap stick is your friend!

One of the most important accessories for any girl is chap-stick. Chap stick is a must for any occasion and at any time. When it's hot, dry, cold, wet your lips will be chapped and you will need something to change that. There are lots of different types of chap-stick that will get the job done, but only a few that will leave a lasting effect on your lips for a longer period of time. I like to use Blistex and regular Chap Stick, its what works best for me. So find what works best for you and keep it on you at all times. 

What most people use, it's pretty effective. 

This is my favorite brand, I keep it in my purse.

Whatever you decide to use, keep a lot of it you will need it on those cold windy days.

Bubble Bath time!

It's summer time and school is almost over. That means it's finally time to relax! A good way to do that is to take a long hot bubble bath! Being stress free is important and taking time for yourself and just clearing your mind is important at well. There are lots of different fragrances, smells that could relax you and almost put you to sleep. It is really healthy to take bubble baths because it is time where you could forget about how hectic your day was.

Get Your Body In Shape!

It's time to shed those winter pounds and slip into that sexy little swimsuit that's been sitting in your closet for almost a year.  Exercising not only makes your body look good, but it also makes you feel good inside and out.  There are many types of exercises from running to lifting weights for shaping different parts of the body.  You can either go to the gym or bring the gym into your very own home with exercise and yoga tapes.  Yoga is a form of exercising the mind and the body.  It's relaxing, but at the same time it shapes the body.  I recommend to feel comfortable with any exercise routine you choose, that way you will enjoy exercising and keep up with it throughout the year.

Moisturize Yourself!

During the summer you show off your legs, your arms and even your stomach.  This means you better be moisturized because no one wants to see icky dry skin.  The sun can also over dry your skin, so use a sun-block lotion with an SPF of 15 or higher, depending on how sensitive your skin is to the sun.  After being in the sun, make sure you moisturize your skin with a lotion that you can get from your local drugstore.  Brands range from Vaseline, St. Ives, Oil Of Olay and many more.  Just a tip to keep in mind, in order to keep your skin looking good for many more years!

Facials are a girls best friend. My roomate and I just invested in our own facial masks we could use at home. No beauty-conscious female (or male) wants to go through life with a dirty face, but the price of professional facials can leave many of us with no money for food. So we bought over the counter St. Ives hydroxy masks, and all you have to do is put it on your finger an smooth the paste over your face and let it dry, then you peel it off and pat down your face with luke warm water and your skin will feel fresh after the first use. They are great not only for your skin, but also to relax you. Facials make you feel prettier after they are done also because they lift the dead skin and oils out of your skin. If you facial every other night your skin will begin to be clearer and a lot smoother.

CAMEL-WHAT!

Ladies, we all can't come to realization if you've gone up a pant size, or two, or three. This is when you wear the same jeans that now suddenly appear to be 5 sizes too small. Then you try to yank them over your hips all day and that's when this devastating, traumatizing site occurs - camel toe. Just saying the word makes me quiver. It's nasty, and guy's DON'T find it attractive. So when your underwear and jeans cram so far up your "wazoo" that it takes days to recover, try going for something like a skirt maybe, that way you don't even have to try to avoid them.

Beach Wear- at it's WORST

Summer is quickly approaching and with that comes the responsibility of everyone to cover up what everyone else doesn’t want to see! Since the movie Borat showed us the lovely, and I say that loosely one piece suite that covers little more than a speedo people appear to have taken this trend to heart and have been spotted wearing this style of swimsuite. If you can pull it off- say if you’re a Victorias Secret model go for it! If not, please refrain. Being at the beach should be a fun “family” activity, and if you’re scaring away the little children, teenagers, and adults with your swim attire you should reconsider your fashion choice. Remember- if your showing more skin than even your spouse wants to see on the beach- you should definitely cover up!

White Pants Warning!!!

Now that spring is in full swing its time to discuss spring wear etiquette. In particular I’d like to cover the proper way to wear underwear with white pants, shorts or white capris. It has recently been brought to my attention that many women think its okay to wear colored undergarments, or even worse- no undergarments while donning white pants. This ladies is a travesty and a trend that must be stopped. The proper undergarments to wear with white pants would be tan, beige, or otherwise skin colored or white undergarments that cover what you don’t want seen. Make sure to double check in a full length mirror before venturing outside because lets face it- if it’s wrong people will notice. So please, save yourselves this embarrassment and make sure you have all your bases covered (so to speak). Happy spring everyone!

Many people think that automobiles have nothing to do with fashion. Automobiles seem to be strictly for driving but they can be so much more. If you own a car, you can turn it into something that defines who you are. You can have the style and color you want as well as any directions you want. Your car can match your clothes, shoes etc. and show what type of personality you have. If you like cherries, you can have your seat cover, seat belt and steering wheel covered in cherries. You can also get a cherry car deodorizer and  hang it from your rear view mirror. There are a lot of ways to pimp your ride they way that you want and thats why cars can fall under fashion.

The Sweatshirt

One of the greatest inventions for this spring is Sweatshirts. You can wear them all year round but they come handy in the spring because it's not too hot or not too cold. You can throw them on when you are a little chilly or you want to just be comfortable. I wear sweatshirts to bed all of the time too. You can wear them for anything and any time of day. There are so many types of sweatshirts and so many colors. Sweatshirts should be fun.

Or you can wear just a plain sweatshirt. Both serve the same purpose, but one is a little more personal and creative. 

Sweatshirts have taken over, and will continue too. So when you wake up tomorrow morning, grab a sweatshirt and throw it on.

The Army Shirts have become very fashionable on many people now, not just guys in the army either but women as well. You can buy them just about anywhere. They are normally grey t-shirts in various sizes with black bold lettering on them saying ARMY. Not only can you get Army apparel but you can also get Navy, Air Force, Marines and etc.

They have pants, sweats, shorts, and even jackets. They come in mostly the basic colors such as, black, white, and grey. Sometimes they have more than just the logo on the front representing what you want. Often times they also come with designs on the back with quotes or pictures depending on what you choose to buy and who from.

They have even come out with a fashion line just for women with colors such as pink, baby blue and green. They have cute designs on the apparel such as, diamonds around lettering and sparkles covering the shirts. They have cameo shirts in green, pink and blue with Army lettering in diamonds. These shirts are perfect for just about any women out there who want to show off their girly side to it all.


Whether you are representing a loved one, yourself, a friend or maybe just representing the country as a whole in general. Look into the new fashion statement of wearing National Guard apparel no matter what gender you are.

Flip Flops with Sass.

Flip flops use to be the first choice for most women when picking out shoes during the summer. Now you will see many women out there dressed to impress starting right from the ground working their way up. The normal flip flop has added some height to their flatness. Making them look dressier with almost any outfit.

Now instead of wearing bland you can go all out with your outfit and add a fancy heeled sandal to it. They come in all heights for the heel, from really high to just a little heel for those who don’t do so well with high heels. They also come in chunky heels or skinny stiletto heels. Any color that you desire they will have to match any outfit you decide to pair them with.

They also have them plain or fancy with diamonds, flowers, designs, etc. So if you’re going to a wedding and don’t do well in regular heels or are looking for something much simpler, you can try these flip flop heels out. They are the perfect addition to wearing a nice skirt, capris, or just jeans out somewhere. They dress up an outfit, no matter what your plans are. Some even come with matching hand bags! That way you can go for a night out in the town or to a summer wedding and look fabulous with your matching sandals and handbag. Sandals can be found in most retail stores such as, ALDO, Macys, Charlotte Russe, Forever 21 and many more.

Add some fashion to your summer look and instead of trying the same old flat flip flop, try the ones with the heel and create a new look for yourself.

Blazers

Blazers are some of my favorite wardrobe accessories, especially in the spring time.  You can wear blazers and jackets to add to an outfit and look a bit more classy.  Even if you are wearing just jeans and a t-shirt or a tank top, throw on a blazer over that outfit and you will look complete.  Blazers are great for going out for the night, going to an interview, or just walking around in the mall.  Either way, you will look good and your outfit will look incredible.  Just make sure you wear the right kind of blazer for the pants that you are wearing.  Do not wear a jean blazer/jacket with jeans on because then your outfit will look like a one-piece and that is not cool in the fashion world.  Instead, wear a colored blazer with jeans like the ones in the picture to the left.  You may switch it up and wear a jean jacket with khaki pants and that will also look great!

Capris

During the summer I love to wear capris to work.  I work at a variety of places such as, a restaurant, a cafe, and a Rite Aid, so I can't exactly wear shorts to these places.  Capris are great because they come in all kinds of different colors and keep you cool enough during the summer.  They also look really cute with ballet flats.  In the past year, I have also seen cute plaid capris in a variety of colors.  Plaid is very in-style and looks a little classier than wearing plain old jean capris.  So remember to keep cool and keep in style this summer.  It's the best time of the year to show off your fashion!

What is... Fashion

So there have been so many posting's on our blog about fashion but we have yet to define what fashion really means. Fashion is a term commonly used to describe a style of clothing worn by the majority of a country. A fashion usually remains popular for about 1-3 years and then is replaced by yet another fashion. Even though there are a lot of changes in fashion, most people do not easily except the changes. For example a woman from my hometown still teases her bangs, that was a style of fashion that was popular in the 80's, it is now 2008! If your going to take fashion seriously you need to out grow the fashion fading fashion a few months before hand and start introducing the next big thing. This will protect you from people going,"that's so last year."

Great Summer Wedges

I love the look of a great wedge shoe. It is often a cleaner look and there are so many different fabrics, colors, and styles that it is truly endless what you can find and what you can wear them with. They are also often risen in the front too, so even though you have the great height of heels. Which elongates the look of your legs and makes your torso appear longer also. They are actually more comfortable than a traditional pump or heel. The Victoria's Secret website has a lot of these on sale, I also love Cathy Jean shoes, and Steve Madden has some great choices as well. For this upcoming summer season you just can't go wrong with a great little sun dress and a super cute pair of wedges!

Accessorizing the Right Way

Accessorizing the Right Way

You’ve all seen them. Those that believe if you can see their skin they are not wearing enough jewelry. This is a bad trend that I would love to see broken. It’s one thing to wear the basics: earrings, a necklace, maybe a ring and a bracelet. But lets not go overboard! The jewelry and hair accessories you wear should compliment your outfit and give it the appearance you want. It should not overpower your outfit and look sloppy. Wearing more than 2 necklaces at once- especially if they do not even match is never a good idea. Also, wearing a ring on every finger is so unnecessary! Even if your jewelry is all beautiful individually they probably look jumbled when put on all together so keep that in mind when peering into your jewelry box for your daily selections. It is better to pick simple pieces that go together or one bold piece without much else because that way when people see you they can focus on what your wearing. Not the huge glitter cloud that is following you because of all the sparkle!

With warmer weather all around us people will be exposing legs and feet which means jewelry will expand to lower grounds. Women will be showing off toes which will call for many to wear toe rings which have grown in popularity. You see a lot more women showing off rings placed on their toes. They have some pretty snazzy and classy toe rings out there that make people really notice your feet or what shoes you have on because the ring draws so much attention. They have just plain rings almost like wedding bands in multiple colors as well as ones with animals or diamonds on them.

Toe rings however are not for every one. Some people just can’t handle anything stuck between their toes, not a comfortable feeling for many. So to accessorize many will wear ankle bracelets which have grown and grown over the years. They have gone from a simple string to designs galore. You can get them in any color and design. Whether you want diamonds, pearls or beads you are guaranteed to find something you like.

They even have the ankle bracelets that come down across your foot to almost look like you are wearing a snazzy flip-flop. Those bracelets have many different designs to them and most of the time is very fashionable and beautiful as long at you don’t go too far out of it, having it too gaudy for the eye to handle. Also you want to make sure you have the correct footwear when wearing that particular style. You would more than likely want something that opened up on top of your foot that way the bracelet would be seen more clearly to others and would probably be more comfortable for you as the wearer.

No matter what you are looking for, whether it’s a fabulous toe ring or a beautiful ankle accessory. You will be sure to find something that fits with your outfit and shoes to make it stand out or just to add more to the fashion.

Pet Wear

Time for the Skirt

It's finally time to show those legs again and bring out those skirts from the closet! Warm weather is here and you can wear those jean, wool etc. skirts any time of day! Now that winter is ending you can put away the hats, gloves, coats and boats and go crazy with skirts! I have always loved wearing skirts because you can dress them up with a nice shirt or heels or dress them down with a t-shirt and sneakers. You can wear any type of skirt for any type of occasion.

Tanning

Tanning has been a growing trend for a few years.  Both men and women have an interest in making that trip to the electric beach.  Of course, like tanning outside, tanning beds can damage your skin in the long term.  I only go for one to two months a year, right before summer or before a trip to a very sunny place.  I definitely recommend getting a little bit of a base before burning outside.  Make sure not to go overboard though because you will regret the premature wrinkles later in life.

Little Black Dress

Have you ever heard the term "little black dress"?  I'm sure you have in a movie or even in real life.  Every woman should have a little black dress in their closet.  If you think about it, this concept is very practical.  For one, black is a neutral color that matches with everything.  That means if it is a little chilly outside, you can throw any color jacket over it and still look good.  Also, if you are in a hurry, a little black dress is good to have because it is simple, it looks good, and it is always in style no matter what time of the year it is.
