Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but eyebrows can either make or break your look. Eyebrows seem to be the number one most overlooked part of the face. This is sad because they do so much for a person's look. Messy and untamed eyebrows put a label on a person to seem as if they don't even care about what they look like. They may have their foundation done, along with their eyeshadow and their mascara, but if their brows are not shaped right, who cares about the rest of the face.
