Spring Break!


Spring Break is coming up and you will finally have time to relax! Relaxing is important and there are many good ways to be stress free! Something that I like to do and that I recommend others would be to take nice, long, hot bubble baths. Tie up your hair in a bun, grab a great magazine and lay in the bath tub, smelling the sweet aromas wafting around you. You will be surprised just how enjoyable it is. Another way to relax would be to have  a massage. You could have a professional or even a friend do it. It's nice to loosen up those muscles and relieve all of the stress built up throughout the semesters through tough classes. My friend used to work at a independent company called The Body Shop. You could buy lots of products for your hair, face, hands etc. You can even have parties where you can do facials, foot soaks etc. and they are a lot of fun. It would really benefit you and your friends if you tried some products. It will really help you to get your brain to slow down a little so when you do go back to school you can focus and be right on track. So dig right in and enjoy your break, you deserve it!
