Amy Winehouse is unfortunately the queen of offensively thick, yucky, and excessive eyeliner! The poor girl has virtually drawn an arrow across the top of her eyes hoping to accent them when really- it just looks scary! A word to the wise, eyeliner is meant to make your eyes pop and to help see their natural color. Eyeliner is not however meant to be the mainstay feature of your makeup. Makeup in general is supposed to make you look naturally beautiful. If you're noticing just the makeup- you're doing it wrong!
Remember ladies- if it looks wacky, it's tacky!
