Meaningful Jewelry

I for one am someone that loves to wear jewelry. Besides work, I can't go anywhere without a necklace, pair of earrings, and all 4 rings that I wear. Everyday I like to wear a pair or earrings that matches my outfit, as well as my necklace but I always wear the same rings. The rings that I wear all mean something to me. The one I wear on my ring finger is my class ring, my thumb is a ring given to me by a best friend and the one of my pointer finger is one given from my sister. I have another ring on the opposite ring finger given to me from an ex boyfriend, I basically only wear it because I really like it. So if everyone could wear jewelry that represented something and had some value to it, they could probably never part without them. My best friend wears 6 rings, all have a special meaning to them, as well as her earrings and necklace all given to her from someone special. To some people, it might not matter where their jewelry came from, as long as you can have fun with your jewelry and try something new everyday, it makes it that more exciting. I truly believe thats why women love getting jewelry for an anniversary because they can show it off to everyone and having it close to them at all times. Belts that work...

I am a person that loves to wear belts. It doesn't matter if I am already wearing tight pants that fit me I love wearing a belt because it really dresses up my outfit. I think having a belt that matches your shoes, your jeans or shirt brings out much more style. I usually wear a black belt, but sometimes that can be boring. If you want to try something different, go to the dollar store. They have so many belts with so many different colors. I bought one that is blue, red, green, white and pink and filled with glitter. Granted, the glitter comes off every time I put it on but I still enjoy wearing it. There are also so many other stores to buy belts from but they are all pretty expensive, but then again they stay together better. If everyone could find a belt that best expresses their personality it would bring their day that much more excitement! Here is an example of a belt to try!




This belt is pretty fancy, something that you can wear out to dinner or to a party! So have fun with your belt selection, and wear different ones with a different outfit!

Popular brand name shoe known across the world: Converse. They are stylish shoes that have grown in fashion over the years. The go way back in time and are still growing strong in the shoe business. They are popular between both women and men. They come in just about every color imaginable now. They started out with just the classic Chucks, Black and white. Then gradually as the years went on they came out with more and more colors like red, green, yellow, orange and etc. Now they have designs on them and some even come with no shoe laces, classic slip on. They also have converse with stars on the side of them in multiple colors. Converse went from plain and simple to creative and full of life in just a simple shoe. They are very comfortable to wear and a rather good price even for the ones with designs on them. Some even have comics written and drawn all over the shoe. They have both low and high-tops in the shoes and now have even come out with the boot version of them that come as high as your knees. Everyday they keep coming out with something knew. You never know what to expect in the converse world!

Headbands, Headbands, Headbands, they serve as more than just holding your hair back now. Headbands serve as a very much needed hair piece for many women. Very stylish with any outfit and they come in multiple colors so you’re almost positive to find one to match just about anything. They can be worn in hair short or long and up or down. Either way you will find a way to dress up your hair with a simple headband and add to an outfit that needed something more. Headbands come small and wide in width. They can be worn so they tie in your hair or just slip on. You can also put ribbon in your hair and tie at the top to make a pretty bow for a special occasion.

However headbands can go drastically wrong as well for many women. If you get a wide width headband that ties at the bottom to put it on and then make it cover your forehead that is not an okay position for a headband. You should not have it cover your forehead/hairline in the front. Double the headband up so that way it sits evenly on the top of your head and isn’t big and chunky covering your whole head up. You want to make it look like you have hair underneath all of it. Also if you have a headband that keeps slipping out of your hair, use a couple of bobby pins on each side to hold the headband in place so that way it doesn’t keep slipping out all through the day. You don’t want to have it hanging on your ponytail at the end of the day.

As long as you treat the big and chunky headbands fashionably, they can be quite an attraction for your hair fashion. This goes for all headbands not just the wide ones. They all should be worn in a way that you like so it’s your style, but you should also be careful as to not go from tasteful to tackiness when sporting the headbands around. Wear the wide ones and be big and bold or put a smaller version in for a cute and simple look. Which ever way you choose headbands will be there to add decorations to your hair and outfit needs.

Mineral Makeup

Are you frustrated with foundation and coverup? I know I've been a number of times. Foundation can be sticky, blotchy, and you may look like a newly decorated cake. This is not the look that attracts the opposite sex and you may also lack confidence because of it. Within the past year I've discovered a makeup that makes you look decent with a natural look. Mineral makeup is the answer. I've seen many television infomercials for makeup like sheer cover, bare minerals, and others. I have used bare minerals in the past. It's a very good product. Bare minerals doesn't leave your face oily, it actually covers problem areas, and you look like you're not even wearing any makeup at all. Right now, I am using a mineral makeup from Physician's Formula, which can be bought from a local drugstore. It's cheaper than the stuff they show on the infomercials and it works just as well. I love it because it looks natural and doesn't make my skin break out. Basically, if you have problem skin or just want to look as natural as possible with coverage that lasts, try mineral makeup and see the difference.
