Moisturize Yourself!

During the summer you show off your legs, your arms and even your stomach.  This means you better be moisturized because no one wants to see icky dry skin.  The sun can also over dry your skin, so use a sun-block lotion with an SPF of 15 or higher, depending on how sensitive your skin is to the sun.  After being in the sun, make sure you moisturize your skin with a lotion that you can get from your local drugstore.  Brands range from Vaseline, St. Ives, Oil Of Olay and many more.  Just a tip to keep in mind, in order to keep your skin looking good for many more years!

Tanning

Tanning has been a growing trend for a few years.  Both men and women have an interest in making that trip to the electric beach.  Of course, like tanning outside, tanning beds can damage your skin in the long term.  I only go for one to two months a year, right before summer or before a trip to a very sunny place.  I definitely recommend getting a little bit of a base before burning outside.  Make sure not to go overboard though because you will regret the premature wrinkles later in life.

Natural Glow

Not enough time to go to the tanning bed? Then this is a must-have product. Jergen's Natural Glow, tans your skin (without the sun damage), in just a few days. They even have their new firming lotion and their face lotion. The lotion ranges from light to medium to dark. First, pick the one closest to your skin tone and put the lotion on after each shower. I recommend putting it on every day and night. Wait until it dries before getting dressed, otherwise it will come out onto your clothes. This does not benefit your skin in any way. I think you will be impressed, however, with how natural of a glow your skin will have. This is not like other self-tanners. It is a lotion and it moisturizes your skin as it makes it glow!
